Flight School
Youngstown Warren Regional Airport, is literally the perfect training facility. Nearly all A.T.C. radar and approach services are available on a field that is not congested with commercial operators.
The addition of Pittsburgh
Institute of Aeronautics to the field make their mechanic school and
our pilot school a perfect match.
Our hope is that our beloved home base of KYNG will soon become a training
center for tomorrow’s pilots and mechanics.
Some would say Ohio weather is no match for a flight school. We would say Ohio weather provides the unique training environment for nearly every type of weather a pilot might encounter. Including IFR approaches, icing and hot/humid low engine performance days. All these realistic conditions, with one of the longest runways available in the North Eastern United States.
Our program, combined with a degree from schools like Embry-Riddle, will prepare a pilot for a career in aviation. Embry-Riddle will provide 30 credit hours towards their degree program for students who achieve certain pilot ratings from our school.
